⭐ May the Fourth be With You
Stepping Through the Wardrobe to A Galaxy Far, Far Away
A Long Time Ago, in a Hobbit Hole Far, Far Away
Today is May the 4th, a day where fans celebrate everything and anything Star Wars related. So I thought I’d join in on the fun and do my part in celebrating the day. And what better way for me to do that than to have some fun imagining Middle-earth meeting that Galaxy Far, Far Away?
So I’ve collected and created the following assortment of Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings content1 for your enjoyment!
This is where the fun begins
What character from Middle-earth would make the best Jedi? My money’s on Aragorn.
“Pass shall you not!”
The Dark Lord Strikes Back
Count Dooku, er, I mean the Wizard Saruman shares some interesting lore…
The new Warner Bros. Lord of the Rings movies:
I was there, Luke. I was there 3,000 parsecs ago when the strength of the Jedi failed.
I don’t think he knows about it, Palpy
May the Forth be with you, Eorlingas!

This week last year I shared a two-part examination of “The Problems with Prequels.” I did it on May 4th because in addition to Amazon’s The Rings of Power, I also discussed Star War’s Andor and Kenobi series as well as Star Trek’s Strange New Worlds.
Here are “Episodes” I and II of that mini-series:

Aragorn would make a great Jedi, I agree. I feel like Gandalf would be similar to Quigon—he'd understand the mysteries of the Force well, but he'd be terrible at adhering to the Jedi Code. 😆
Off topic but have you seen the trailer for the new LOTR game set In the shire?
